- Major Lettings Industry Software Platform provider, market leader and prestigious name seeks an Territory Sales Manager to take advantage of numerous new opportunities for substantial business growth for their prime West London Territory.

Key duties for this role as Territory Sales Manager include:
- Sell SaaS control services to letting agents
- Book and attend meetings with prospects.
- Ask probing questions to see how the prospect’s current processes work
- Meet decision makers and owners and demo the software which is very convincing
- Negotiate, pitch and close contracts
- At least 3 year’s successful sales background in one of the following sectors would be desirable; lettings agents, courier & logistics,estate agents, Pay software, office, water sales, recruitment, SaaS sales, office products, cleaning products, cleaning services, car sales, telesales etc
- Good undeterred sales experience
- Ambitious to earn high commissions, driven and dynamic
- Excellent New Business Development skills
- Disciplined and process driven
- Clear understanding of the sales process
- Confident, articulate and ability to engage and sell at senior level with clients.
- Excellent clear communicator in English both written and verbal
- Highly creative
- IT Literate and familiar with the use of CRM
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Location / Territory: Marlow to Greenford
